Most everyday items — clothing, shoes, electronics, books, household goods, and more — can be shipped through either our air or sea freight service.

Some items are restricted or require special handling (lithium batteries, perishables, alcohol, etc.), and others are prohibited entirely (firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, and more).

Most air freight packages arrive in 3–5 business days from our Miami warehouse, with an average transit time of around 3 days. We fly 3× weekly, so your package goes on the next available flight after it's received and processed.

Sea freight is slower but cheaper — typically 2–4 weeks end-to-end. Great for barrels, furniture, and bulk shipments.

Sea freight is priced by volume, not by weight — so a heavy 200 lb appliance costs the same as a light 50 lb one of the same size.

Items valued over US$100 are subject to Jamaica Customs duties and taxes. Personal items under the threshold are typically duty-free.

Our published rates do not include customs charges — duties and taxes are paid in addition to freight. The exact amount depends on the item type (HS code) and declared value.

You'll see real-time status updates from when we receive your package in Miami right through to "Ready for Pickup" at your branch.

You get 10 days of free storage from the moment your package is marked "Ready for Pickup" at your branch. After the grace period, daily storage fees apply (J$100/day for standard packages, J$500/day for fragile or oversize items).

Packages left uncollected for more than 60 days may be liquidated per our Collection Policy.
