Most everyday items — clothing, shoes, electronics, books, household goods and more — can be shipped with us.

Some items are restricted or need special handling (lithium batteries, perishables, alcohol and so on), and others are prohibited entirely (firearms, explosives, illegal drugs and more).

See our full Prohibited Items list before you buy — and when in doubt, message us on WhatsApp.

Most packages are ready in Jamaica within 3–5 business days of reaching our Miami warehouse. We'll let you know the moment yours is ready.

Shipping is charged by weight, in Jamaican dollars. Use our calculator to see your shipping and Customs costs before you buy, so there are no surprises.

No — we handle Customs clearance for you. Items valued over US$100 attract duties, which we pass through at cost, and the calculator shows you an estimate up front.

Log in to your account, or use the Track Package page with your PLG tracking number (it starts with PLG, followed by digits — for example, PLG0004521).

You'll see status updates from when we receive your package in Miami right through to "Ready for Pickup" at your branch.

You get 10 days of free storage from the moment your package is marked "Ready for Pickup" at your branch. After that, daily storage fees apply (J$100/day for standard packages, J$500/day for fragile or oversize items).

Packages left uncollected for more than 60 days may be liquidated under our Collection Policy.
