What areas does the pickup and delivery service cover?
We currently serve Kingston, St. Andrew, Portmore, Spanish Town, Old Harbour, and selected St. Catherine areas. If you're nearby but not in this list, message us on WhatsApp — we may still be able to help.
How much does a pickup and delivery cost?
Pricing is tiered by item type. Envelopes and documents start at J$1,000, small packages up to 30 lbs start at J$1,500, and large packages over 30 lbs start at J$2,500. Final pricing depends on pickup location, delivery location, number of stops, waiting time, urgency, and the type of task. We confirm the cost before assigning a driver.
What can you pick up or deliver?
We move business documents, envelopes, forms, contracts, receipts, invoices, small packages, and office items between offices. Sealed cheques may be transported (we don't deposit them). We don't carry illegal items, firearms, cash, bank deposits, perishable food, medical samples, high-value jewellery, or items requiring special licensing.
Do you do bank runs, deposits, or withdrawals?
No. We do not handle bank deposits, withdrawals, or cash of any kind. Our drivers move packages and documents only. If you need a cheque moved from one office to another, we'll transport it sealed — but we won't deposit, cash, or process it.
Do you offer scheduled or recurring delivery?
Yes. In addition to same-day pickups, we offer scheduled pickups for specific dates and recurring service for businesses that need regular pickups and deliveries — weekly document collections, monthly inter-office transfers, or ongoing supply runs.
How quickly can I get a pickup?
We offer two same-day pickup windows: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM and 12:00 PM–3:00 PM. Message us on WhatsApp before your desired window and we'll confirm pickup once the cost is reviewed.
How do I track my delivery?
Once we confirm your booking, you'll get updates by phone, WhatsApp, or email at pickup, in transit, and on delivery. Bookings with proof-of-delivery enabled include a photo or signed confirmation.
